The FBU Team Carolina experience is more than playing football—it's a journey of development, competition, and opportunity. Our mission is to identify and develop talented student-athletes while preparing them to compete against the best players in the country. Through training, mentorship, and exposure, athletes gain valuable experience that extends beyond the field.

Every Team Carolina athlete walks the same path. Nobody skips a step.

  1. Step 01

    Athlete Development

    Every journey begins with learning the fundamentals. Athletes participate in high-quality coaching, position-specific instruction, and competitive training designed to improve football IQ, technique, discipline, and leadership.

  2. Step 02

    Team Carolina Participation

    Selected athletes have the opportunity to represent Team Carolina by competing alongside other top players from across the state. This experience emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and excellence while building lifelong friendships.

  3. Step 03

    Elite Competition

    Team Carolina athletes compete against some of the nation's best talent, challenging themselves in a highly competitive environment that promotes growth and resilience.

  4. Step 04

    Exposure and Recognition

    Participation in FBU events provides athletes with opportunities to showcase their abilities, gain valuable experience, and continue their football development while representing their communities with pride.

    Building Leaders

    Success is measured by more than wins and losses. Throughout the FBU journey, athletes are encouraged to excel academically, demonstrate strong character, serve their communities, and become leaders on and off the field.
