Athlete Requirements
Academics First
Grades come before snaps. No books, no ball — an athlete who cannot hold the classroom cannot hold a roster spot.
Positive & Coachable
Take the correction, run it again. The athletes who move up are the ones who hear hard coaching as investment rather than criticism.
Strong Work Ethic
Earned, not given. Effort in the offseason is what shows up under the lights, and it is the thing evaluators notice first.
Team-First Mentality
One team, for life. Individual talent gets you looked at; being the teammate everyone wants beside them gets you called up.
